Our corals are happy and healthy when shipped out. We have achieved an almost 99% success rate when shipping corals with our packaging procedures! If for some reason your order (or individual coral) does not survive the trip, you will receive a credit towards another order.
IMPORTANT: You must notify us via email of DOA corals within 2 hours of delivery. Do not throw away any corals. Please take pictures of the corals still in the bags. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.There is no refund for shipping charges under any circumstances. You must accept delivery on the first attempt, no exceptions.
All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Please ask if you are unsure about a specific coral you plan to purchase, we are here to help! In most cases your credit will depend on pictures of the expired coral(s), or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us. Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. We may ask to allow for 2-4 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA. Many corals snap back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress.

Please note that we will not ship right before and during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc). The risk to live corals shipping during this time is simply too high. All Friday and Saturday shipments near holidays must have prior approval from Murfreesboro Aquatics and will void any guarantee by the shipper or Murfreesboro Aquatics.
