Livestock Shipping is $35 or FREE for orders over $250
Please note that shipping is to the billing address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email. Saturday delivery is EXTRA, you must select Saturday shipping during checkout. All Saturday shipments are HELD AT THE FEDEX LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. Saturday shipments are not guaranteed if FedEx does not deliver on Saturday.
Murfreesboro Aquatics is determined to safely ship all of our prized coral specimens to you using the fastest and most reliable carrier. Our corals and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, styrofoam coolers with cardboard shells, and heat or cold packs depending on the environmental conditions. We reserve the right to postpone shipping at any moment we deem necessary.
We currently utilize FedEx Priority Overnight for shipping. FedEx ships next day Monday through Thursday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35 per order and can be selected during checkout.
We currently only ship products (live or dry goods) inside the continental United Sates.
Livestock Shipping Schedule
Livestock shipping dates must be confirmed with Murfreesboro Aquatics before shipping, we do not ship anything live unannounced or unscheduled. You will receive a tracking number the evening before your shipment will arrive. In the event of inclement weather or any shipping liability, please be aware that we are not liable for shipping delays to your busy schedule! We highly suggest you take delivery via your local FedEx Facility. You can request to have your package held at your local facility and it will be held for pickup at your convenience. We guarantee live arrival, but cannot be held responsible for any and all personal time and expenses due to unforeseen shipping delays and consequences. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather or equipment failure, acts of God, etc which may cause package delays.
Please include your requested shipping dates in your order notes, we will do our best to to work with you. Rarely will orders ship the same day they are placed. If you need immediate shipping on your order, please contact us before placing your order. All orders must ship within 2 weeks of order date. If you cannot accept delivery during this time, please contact us! At your request your order can be cancelled and refunded during the shipping window of 2 weeks. If after 2 weeks you cannot accept delivery on your order, you will be issued a store credit that will be valid for 1 year.
You will receive an email with your tracking number confirming your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email be the night before your order is to ship, please call or email us to confirm the shipment date.
